By accessing or using the G FUEL Creator Partnership Portal (the "Platform"), submitting an application, or clicking "I agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or submit any application. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Creator," "you") and Gamma Labs LLC ("G FUEL," "we," "us," "our").

We reserve the right to decline or revoke access to any applicant or registered creator at our sole discretion.
The G FUEL Creator Partnership Portal is a digital management platform that enables qualifying YouTube content creators to apply for, manage, and track sponsored content partnerships with Gamma Labs LLC (G FUEL).
The Platform includes tools for campaign discovery, deliverable tracking, and communication between G FUEL and approved creators. Access to specific features is contingent on application approval.
To access the Platform, you must submit a complete and accurate application including your full name, YouTube channel URL, and a valid business email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@gfuelcontact.com. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs through no fault of ours.
By submitting your application and checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive the following types of email communications from Gamma Labs LLC:
These communications are sent to the email address you provide during registration. You may opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by contacting us directly at support@gfuelcontact.com.
Opting out of campaign alert emails will not affect your ability to receive strictly transactional account communications.
As a registered creator on the Platform, you agree to:
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your account and removal from the Platform.
All content, design, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Gamma Labs LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
Campaign assets, briefs, and materials provided to approved creators through the Platform may only be used for their expressly stated purpose under the applicable campaign agreement.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, campaign assignment, or compensation. Campaign availability is subject to change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gamma Labs LLC and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may request account deletion by contacting support@gfuelcontact.com.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York.
